ABOUT THIS VENUE
Entering an open competition at Bridlington offers the chance to play "Belvedere," East Yorkshire's longest-established golf club founded in 1905 and originally designed by five-time Open Champion J.H. Taylor on what was once the Hilderthorpe Hall Estate, a flat seaside parkland course just inland from the cliffs with magnificent views over Bridlington Bay, enhanced over the years by the planting of some 10,000 trees and five lakes.
