Golf Course Overview
Surbiton Golf Club was founded in 1895 as a private members' club, with the 18-hole parkland course originally designed by the noted architect Tom Dunn. The course plays to a par of 70 over approximately 6,075 yards, with mature tree-lined fairways, well-positioned bunkering and testing greens. Following major course improvements in recent years, Surbiton is now one of Surrey's best-presented and most admired 18-hole courses, consistently praised for its upkeep and conditioning. Surrounded by green country pastures, the course affords magnificent views towards London, and the upland character combined with the parkland setting provides year-round playability.
The welcoming clubhouse provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with bar, restaurant and formal function facilities, and the club offers a variety of membership categories to suit all ages and abilities. Visitors and golf societies are welcomed on weekdays, with green fees offering excellent value. An expert professional team provides tuition, and practice facilities include a putting green and practice area. Located on Woodstock Lane in Chessington, just off the A3, a short drive from Kingston upon Thames.
