Golf Course Overview

Golf at Luton Hoo has a pedigree stretching back to a Victorian-era 9-hole course that once occupied the estate, with the modern championship layout designed by Mike Smith and completed alongside the hotel's 2007 restoration. The 7,107-yard, par-73 course sits within more than 1,000 acres of Capability Brown parkland straddling the Bedfordshire–Hertfordshire border, and has previously hosted events on the Jamega Tour, EuroPro Tour and European Challenge Tour. Notable features include six holes bringing water into play and a layout that works around the listed heritage of the estate without traditional bunkers.

Alongside the course, the estate offers a five-star mansion hotel, the award-winning Wernher Restaurant, Adam's Brasserie in the converted stables, and a spa with hydrotherapy and treatment facilities. The site is around ten minutes from Luton Airport and a short drive from Junction 10 of the M1. Please note: Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa has closed its doors for an extensive programme of refurbishment and renewal; the golf facilities are currently closed, with reopening plans to be announced in due course.
