Golf Course Overview
Hagley Golf & Country Club was founded in 1980 and is laid out across 170 acres overlooked by the Clent Hills on the Worcestershire–West Midlands border. The 18-hole parkland course measures around 6,376 yards with a par of 72 and combines a relatively young front nine with a more mature, undulating back nine. Players must negotiate water on six holes and a number of tree-lined fairways, and the course is well known for fast, true greens. Hagley has hosted the Senior Midland County Regional Qualifier and the Worcestershire County Championship.
The club offers a 28-bay covered driving range and PGA-staffed golf academy — among the most advanced in the region — alongside a spacious clubhouse with function suites, conference rooms, two bars, and a Spike Bar. Hagley is open to visitors and societies throughout the year and the clubhouse hosts weddings, conferences, and private events. The club sits on Wassell Grove Lane, close to Junction 3 and 4 of the M5 and a short drive from Stourbridge, Halesowen, and Birmingham.
