Golf Course Overview

Falconwood Golf Club is one of the courses at Addington Court Golf Centre on Featherbed Lane in Croydon, on the southern fringe of Greater London. The Falconwood Course is an eighteen-hole parkland layout playing to around 5,472 yards to a par of 68 with a standard scratch in the high 60s, sister to the Addington Court Championship Course across the road. Featuring open, generally wide fairways routed across hilly terrain and notably small greens, the course rewards accuracy and approach play over raw distance; the round opens with a stiff uphill par 4 of 328 yards and includes a well-designed 183-yard par-3 9th with a plateau green guarded by three bunkers.

Addington Court is one of the most comprehensive public-golf venues in southern England, with three courses (Falconwood, Championship and a 9-hole Academy course), two pro shops, a fleet of buggies and a 32-bay floodlit driving range. Visitor green fees are very competitive, making it especially popular with newer players, group bookings and societies. The site sits just off the A2022 in the Addington area of Croydon, easily reached from junction 6 of the M25 and well served by tram and bus links.
