Golf Course Overview

Exminster Golf Centre is a modern pay-and-play facility set on more than 55 acres of rolling Devon countryside overlooking the Exe Estuary. The nine-hole layout is played from 18 tee positions to provide a full 18-hole round of 5,112 yards (par 66), with undulating fairways, two small lakes fed by a natural spring, and sweeping views across the estuary. The free-draining soil means the course typically stays open when wetter local alternatives close, making it a dependable year-round option, and the course suits everyone from beginners to lower handicappers thanks to its accessible length and variety of holes.

The centre includes a 16-bay floodlit covered driving range (with two additional outdoor bays), a fully stocked pro shop, a licensed bar and restaurant open to the public, changing rooms and club hire. Professional tuition is offered for all ages and abilities, and both pay-and-play access and annual memberships are available. Exminster sits on Exminster Hill, just off the A379 south-west of Exeter and a short drive from junction 30 of the M5, putting it roughly two miles from Exeter Golf and Country Club and convenient for the wider Exeter area.
