Golf Course Overview

Duns Golf Club is set on undulating parkland on Hardens Road just outside the Berwickshire market town of Duns, nestled among the rolling Lammermuir Hills. The 18-hole course extends to a healthy length for a country club of its size and features a variety of tree-lined fairways, strategic water hazards and generously contoured greens that provide interest for golfers of all abilities. Panoramic views across the Merse and the surrounding hills are a constant backdrop, and the course benefits from a relatively sheltered inland setting that gives it year-round playability.

The clubhouse offers changing facilities, a bar and catering on competition days, and the club welcomes visitors, societies and corporate outings, with green-fee concessions for groups. Duns is affiliated to the Border Golfers' Association and takes part in the summer league and county fixtures. The course lies approximately 45 miles south-east of Edinburgh and is easily reached via the A1 and A6105, making it a convenient option for a round when exploring the Scottish Borders or travelling to or from the east coast.
