Golf Course Overview
Dullatur Golf Club, established in 1896, is unusual in offering two 18-hole parkland courses. The Carrickstone Course was designed by James Braid and recently modernised by Dave Thomas, presenting a great test of golf with panoramic views over the Kilsyth Hills and Campsie Fells. The Antonine Course — the younger of the two — was designed by Dave Thomas and opened in the club's centenary year of 1996; at around 5,900 yards it is shorter than its sister but offers a different challenge with rolling parkland features and views across the Kelvin Valley. Both courses have mature tree-lined fairways and excellent practice facilities.
The modern clubhouse offers a refurbished bar and Italian restaurant, conference rooms (including the Reid Jack room, named after a famed former member), a refurbished gym, two tennis courts and a bowling green. Visitors are welcomed every day. Dullatur lies in the heart of Cumbernauld, three miles north of the town centre and easily accessible from the M80 motorway between Glasgow and Edinburgh.
