Golf Course Overview

Drimsynie Golf Club is a 9-hole holiday-resort course on the shores of Loch Goil at Lochgoilhead in Argyll. The compact parkland layout measures around 2,200 yards over 9 holes to a par of 33 (par 66 over 18) and runs along the shoreline of the loch with the Cowal hills providing a dramatic backdrop. The course is part of the wider Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village resort and provides relaxed holiday-pace golf for guests, members and visitors of all abilities.

The Drimsynie resort offers self-catering lodges, leisure facilities, restaurant and bar, with golf complementing other activities such as pony trekking and watersports. Drimsynie sits at Lochgoilhead on the B828 / B839, around 15 miles north-west of Dunoon, reached via the spectacular "Rest and be Thankful" pass on the A83 west from Loch Lomond.
