Golf Course Overview
Dalhousie Golf Club is a long-established artisan-style members' club based at Carnoustie in Angus, where members play their golf over the famous Carnoustie Links courses (Championship, Burnside and Buddon). Founded in 1868, the club is one of the older clubs at Carnoustie and operates as a non-course-owning members' organisation alongside the Carnoustie Golf Club, Caledonia Golf Club and Carnoustie Ladies, all sharing the historic links operated by the Carnoustie Golf Links Management Committee.
The club has its own clubhouse on Links Parade, just behind the first tee of the Championship course and a short walk from the town centre. The Championship Course at Carnoustie is one of the rota of Open Championship venues and consistently ranked among the world's toughest links. Carnoustie itself sits on the Angus coast around 15 miles north-east of Dundee.
