Golf Course Overview
Crews Hill Golf Club was founded in 1916 and its 18-hole parkland layout was designed by Harry S. Colt, whose portfolio also includes Sunningdale New, Stoke Park and Swinley Forest. The course plays to a par of 70 over 6,281 yards, with a slope of 132, and is routed across former royal hunting ground surrounded by countryside, nurseries and farmland at the northern tip of Greater London. Oak-lined fairways, undulating terrain, a meandering stream, well-placed bunkers and a strong collection of par threes combine to make it widely regarded as one of the finest tests of golf in the county.
The clubhouse offers a restaurant open seven days a week, a spike bar, full changing facilities and a well-stocked pro shop. Visitors, guests and societies are welcome throughout the year and the club runs an active programme of member competitions and inter-club matches. Crews Hill sits beside Crews Hill mainline station, with services to Moorgate and King's Cross, and is only a short drive from Junctions 24 and 25 of the M25, making it easily reachable from North London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
