Golf Course Overview

Founded in 1895, Cosby Golf Club is a mature, scenic 18-hole parkland course in the heart of the East Midlands, playing to a par of 71 over 6,438 yards. Renowned for its superb greens — regularly cited as among the best in the county — the course offers an enjoyable and challenging test for golfers of all abilities. Notable holes include the downhill par-4 17th with a stream crossing the fairway and a tight, raised green, and the blind 18th tee-shot over two of the deepest bunkers in Leicestershire.

The club is a member of the "1895 Club," offering reciprocal visiting rights with other UK clubs founded the same year. Facilities include a modern 9-bay covered floodlit driving range with TrackMan technology, extensive practice areas, a well-stocked pro shop, bar and catering. Cosby is approximately seven miles from Junction 21 of the M1 and welcomes visiting societies Monday to Friday.
