Golf Course Overview
Chobham Golf Club opened in 1994 as a private members' club with an 18-hole par-69 course designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark to international championship standards. The course plays to approximately 5,863 yards and integrates the natural contours of the Surrey landscape with strategic water hazards, which come into play on 12 of the 18 holes. Mature oak-lined fairways offer seclusion, and the subtle greens are challenging to putt. Though not long in yardage, the layout demands thoughtful course management from low and high handicap players alike.
The modern clubhouse features a large bar area with natural light and terrace overlooking the putting green, a well-stocked pro shop and a Spike Bar. Practice facilities include two nets, a covered practice area with markers up to 150 yards and a bunker practice zone, along with an excellent putting green. The club welcomes visitors, societies and corporate days, and has various membership categories. Quietly situated on Chobham Road between Camberley and Woking, the club is a few minutes from Guildford, Farnborough, Bracknell and Cobham.
