Golf Course Overview

Chilworth Golf Club is a parkland layout on the northern fringe of Southampton, opened in 1979 and extensively remodelled by designer J. Garner in 1994. The 18-hole course measures approximately 5,915 yards with a par of 69 and presents an enjoyable test on undulating Hampshire countryside, characterised by tree-lined fairways, subtle doglegs and receptive greens. Multiple tee positions make it approachable for players of all abilities.

The complex at Chilworth Golf Centre combines a members' club with a public pay-and-play operation and includes a large driving range, putting green, short-game area and custom-fit studio. Charlie's Restaurant and Bar provides breakfast, lunch and post-round refreshments, and PGA tuition is available. Visitors and societies are welcome throughout the week. The club is conveniently located on Main Road (A27) in Chilworth Old Village, easily accessed from junctions 2 and 5 of the M27 and close to Southampton Airport.
