Golf Course Overview
Bushey Golf & Country Club on High Street, Bushey, Hertfordshire, was a 9-hole parkland course of 2,986 yards (par 35) opened in 1980 as part of a leisure complex owned by Hertsmere Borough Council, with restaurant, function rooms and gym. After years of unsustainable financial losses the golf course, driving range and country club facilities were closed by the council on 1 April 2018; the 56-acre site is earmarked for a community hub, shop, nursery, commercial space and 150–200 new homes, with the clubhouse currently used as an events and wedding venue.
Closed 2018.
