Golf Course Overview

Burgess Hill Golf Centre on Cuckfield Road, Burgess Hill, opened in 1995 and operates as a complete golf practice and pay-and-play facility. The centre's 9-hole par-3 course is built to USGA specifications and measures around 1,280 yards to a par of 27, hosting the PGA Professional South Region Short Course Championship. The course features bunkers, ponds, ditches and subtle undulations, providing both a sociable round and an opportunity for short-game improvement.

The centre is built around one of the largest driving ranges in the south, with 28 undercover floodlit bays alongside outside bays — no booking required. Five PGA-qualified golf instructors offer tuition seven days a week, and the centre also has a putting green, fully stocked shop carrying brands including Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren, and a bar/restaurant. Children's holiday clubs and group lessons run regularly, and the venue is easily reached from the A23 between Burgess Hill and Cuckfield.
