Golf Course Overview
Buckingham Golf Club was established in 1914 and offers an 18-hole, par-71 Championship layout set in the rolling North Buckinghamshire countryside. The course presents a pleasant mix of parkland and woodland golf, with undulating fairways, well-manicured greens and strategically positioned hazards that test players of every standard. Water features and stretches of natural woodland frame many of the holes, and the views across the surrounding countryside add to the appeal of a round.
The club is accompanied by a welcoming clubhouse with a balcony overlooking the 18th green and the putting and practice areas, making it a popular spot for a post-round drink or for private functions. Visitors, societies and corporate groups are made welcome, and the club regularly hosts county and regional competitions. The course lies just outside the historic market town of Buckingham and is handily placed for Stowe Landscape Gardens and Silverstone Circuit.
