Golf Course Overview

Bridlington Links Golf Club opened in the early 1990s on the dramatic cliff-top land between Bridlington and Flamborough Head. The 18-hole championship course measures around 6,728 yards off the back tees and plays to a par of 72, combining genuine links-style holes with more sheltered inland sections. The signature third, a par five, demands careful placement over water to a generous landing area before a second pond guards the approach. Several holes on the back nine run along or close to the cliff edge, where the prevailing sea breeze and panoramic views of Bridlington Bay make for a memorable test. A 9-hole par 3 course, named after Sir Henry Cotton, provides an additional short-game challenge.

The estate operates as a wider Pure Leisure holiday resort, offering lodge accommodation, a driving range, a well-stocked pro shop, bar and restaurant, plus a dedicated societies and events team. Visitors are welcome seven days a week, with buggy, trolley and club hire all available. Bridlington Links sits on the B1255 Flamborough Road at Marton, a short distance from Sewerby Hall and the seabird cliffs at RSPB Bempton, and is reached via the A165 and A166 from Hull and York.
