Golf Course Overview

Branston Golf & Country Club was established in 1975 on the banks of the River Trent just outside Burton upon Trent. The 18-hole Championship course plays to a par of 72 over roughly 6,800 yards, featuring tree-lined fairways, strategically placed bunkers and water hazards that demand both accuracy and power. A complementary 9-hole Eagle Course caters to beginners, juniors and players looking for a shorter round, and there is also an adventure golf attraction on site. The club hosts regular Staffordshire Union of Golf Clubs events including the L.E. Williams Salver.

As a country club, Branston offers a full health and leisure complex alongside its golf facilities: a state-of-the-art gym, 17-metre swimming pool, spa, over 75 weekly fitness classes, padel courts, a modern driving range and a fully stocked golf shop. The clubhouse includes restaurants, bars, function rooms and conference suites used for weddings, tribute nights and corporate events. Branston sits just off the A38 on Burton Road, making it easily reachable from Derby, Lichfield and Birmingham.
