Golf Course Overview
Boysnope Park Golf Club at Barton Moss, Eccles, near Manchester, opened in June 1998 as a 9-hole course and was extended to a full 18 holes in 2001, eventually measuring 6,508 yards (par 72) and featuring more than 30,000 newly planted trees that gave it a maturing parkland feel. The course was closed on 31 May 2018 by its owners as part of a refocusing of the business onto hospitality. The clubhouse and surrounding buildings continue to operate as "The Club House" bar and restaurant, while the former fairways have largely returned to rough grassland.
