Golf Course Overview

Bonnybridge Golf Club was founded in 1925 and is laid out as a 9-hole course played twice from differing tee positions to provide an 18-hole experience of around 6,132 yards to a par of 72. The parkland setting, just over a mile north-east of Bonnybridge village, includes mature trees, gentle rolling ground and well-protected greens that play to a course rating of 70.2. The first par-4 plays a tough stroke index 1 of 392 yards, and the contrasting par-3 6th of just 125 yards offers golfers a chance to recover.

The clubhouse is a popular community hub with a busy bar, function suite and casual catering, and the course is friendly to visitors who can play unaccompanied. Bonnybridge is well placed for golfers travelling from Edinburgh, around 35 minutes away, with Glasgow Airport about 45 minutes by road. Practice facilities include a putting and chipping green and a small bunker area.
