Golf Course Overview
Battle Golf Club on Netherfield Hill, Battle, Sussex, opened in 1996 as a 9-hole course (with second tees making 18 holes, par 71, 5,928 yards) across 90 acres of rolling parkland in the heart of "1066 Country". The original members' club closed in 2018 due to financial constraints. The site has since been redeveloped as the Battle Golf Club hotel and resort, with the 18-hole course retained but operated as part of a hospitality-led venue rather than a traditional members' club.
Closed 2018.
