Golf Course Overview
Basingstoke Golf Club was founded in 1907 and is now based on the Down Street estate at Dummer, just outside Basingstoke. The parkland course sits within rolling North Hampshire downland, offering mature trees, undulating fairways and some of the most consistently well-regarded greens in the area. The club operates as a traditional members' club with an established competition calendar for men's, ladies', seniors' and junior sections. Visitors are welcome by arrangement, with reciprocal playing rights available to members of other clubs.
The clubhouse offers full bar and catering facilities, changing rooms and a relaxed social atmosphere that suits both members and visiting parties. Societies and corporate golf days are catered for year-round. Basingstoke GC is conveniently located just off the M3 (Junction 7) at Dummer, close to the A303 and A30, making it easily reachable from London, Winchester, Newbury and the wider central-south of England.
