Golf Course Overview

Balbardie Park Golf Course is a 9-hole pay-and-play parkland layout set within Balbardie Park of Peace at Xcite Bathgate, on the edge of Bathgate in West Lothian. The compact course measures around 1,235 yards to a par of 27, making it ideal for beginners, juniors and players looking to brush up their short game. The flat parkland setting is shared with public walks and recreation, and the simple straightforward holes offer a relaxed introduction to the game.

Operated by West Lothian Leisure (Xcite), the facility forms part of a wider sports centre with a 25-metre swimming pool, gym, fitness studios and café. Coaching for adults and juniors is available alongside several other sports and golf-academy programmes. Balbardie Park is just off Torphichen Road on the western side of Bathgate, around two miles from the M8 and a short walk from the town centre and Bathgate railway station.
