Northern Order of Merit
The Northern Order of Merit is a series of scratch open golf competitions held at courses throughout the North of England. All events are 36 hole competitions played off scratch held mostly in the Lancashire and Cheshire areas.
Throughout the year competitors are awarded points on their finishing position in each event with the golfer accumulating the most points throughout the season being crowned the Order of Merit Champion.
