The Golfdelaluz.com Northern Matchplay Golf Championship is a season-long knockout tournament for amateur golfers in the North of England.
There is an Individual and Betterball Pairs competition which are initially split into
three main regions:
* North
West - regional final at Formby Golf Club
* North
East & Cumbria - regional final at Silloth
on Solway Golf Club
* Yorkshire - regional final at
Alwoodley Golf Club

The championship provides golfers will the opportunity to play competitive golf at different courses either free-of-charge or at significantly reduced green-fees.
The first round is played over 36 holes on a 'home & away' basis with a draw being made for home advantage in subsequent rounds. The aim is to win a maximum of just six matches to reach your regional final.
The winners at each regional final qualify for the grand final. In 2012 this will take place at the stunning Arcos Gardens Golf Club & Country Estate near Cadiz in Spain.

£15 per person (Individual)
£25 per pair (Betterball)
