ENTRY
Open to those Members of recognised Golf Clubs who are 25 years of age and over as at 1st January 2008. Entries will close at 12 noon on Wednesday, 11th June 2008. Entries must be made on the attached form and be accompanied by the £60.00 entry fee and a Stamped Addressed Envelope.
Practice rounds can be pre-booked at our normal green fee rates of £110/round, £140/day (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only, subject to availability).

SILVER TROPHY
The winner will be the Competitor returning the lowest scratch medal score over 36 holes.

TIES
In the event of a tie for the Silver Trophy, there will be a "sudden death" play off but all other ties will be decided on the last 18, 9, 6, 3 holes as may be necessary.

LUNCH & TEA
Morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided for all competitors.

ORGANISATION
The Competitions are organised by the Committee of St George's Hill Golf Club which will rule on any dispute which may arise and its decision shall be final.

GENERAL
The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without giving a reason and to replace from the waiting list any player scratching from the Competition or who fails to be on the tee at the appropriate starting time.
Entry fees cannot be refunded unless 72 hours notice of cancellation is received.
Competitors will be made temporary members of the Club for the day.
Global Positioning Systems (GPS) are not permitted.
Competitors requiring Caddies are asked to book direct with the Caddie Master on 01932-858175.

DRESS CODE
Knee length socks worn with long tailored shorts are permitted. Hard or soft spikes allowed.
No denim, collarless/sleeveless shirts, tracksuits or trainers.
Relaxed dress for lunch (except for golf shoes), jacket and tie required for prize giving.
