· Buggy allowed if a current medical certificate is produced.

· Entrance fees cannot be refunded unless 10 days prior notice is given.

· The winners or their representatives MUST be present to accept their prizes or they will be forfeited (Formal dress required).

· Current 2012 active CONGU handicap certificates will be required on the day.

· Send individual cheques for each competition entered.
